The wine is a French-style blend, which consists of 50% Cabernet Sauvignon, 30% Merlot, and 20% Petite Sirah from a single vineyard in the Judean Hills. The grapes were nurtured, selected, and harvested manually to ensure the best quality. The wine was aged for 15 months in dedicated French oak barrels, which has given the wine its style and flavors. The wine is dominant, full-bodied, rich, fruity with a flavor of cherry, plum, black currant, dark chocolate, and spices, and is very suitable for the main meat meal. Alcohol 14%
